What ages does Blended Wellness provide care for?

Angel Lodge, FNP-BC is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive family care. Angel has a background caring for pediatrics, maternal, obstetrics, adult, and geriatric populations.

What is included for concierge patients?

All established concierge patients receive same or next day evaluation when needed. Annual exams and routine labs are included in these services. Any add on services such as IV infusion, peptide therapy, stem cells/exosomes, specialty diagnostics and labs will be discounted. Prescriptions will be expedited for pharmacy pick up or shipping to patient's residence. Concierge medication delivery services are available for an additional fee.
